City house in Provence

Create a town house on a preserved site, in the heart of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence: on this plot of 900 sqm, a no greedy house in its footprint let express a real garden in the South, and keep generous indoor day spaces.

This house has been built at the northern limit. A set of slopes and roof heights accompanies the central volume on 2 levels, and gives the living room a beautiful height under crawling.

A patio acts the interface between day and night spaces (master) and offers light to rooms that could not be opened on a joint ownership in the North. It participates in the play of transparencies between rooms and stretches the perspectives.

This very bright house has neutral color codes to allow eyes to focus on paintings or pieces of design furniture, quite present and that naturally found their places. Some pigmented details (aggregates of green in the custom-made tray granito of the dining room table, beautiful sentences on the stairs walls, …) come to attract the vision of very pure atmosphere.

The pool, below the shaded terrace under vines, is curling up against the building to leave space to the garden, and its centenary olive trees. Always in the goal of preserving outdoor spaces, a carport type metal and wood is placed on the path to the house and therefore remains particularly discreet.

A real city center house, which privileges its greenery!
